Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes you will receive the product as advertised. If product is out of stock you may choose a replacement product or a refund.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you or you can view your orders in your account.

How can I return an item?

Items missing or damaged will be refunded. Everything else is final sale.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes we will restock on popular items.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship all orders through Canadian North Cargo. A weigh-bill will be emailed to you once items have been shipped so you may track your order.
